Visual identity for the director of ‘Destiny on the Main Stage’ & ‘Lionesses: How Football Came Home’
As a storyteller, LA-based film director Poppy de Villeneuve wanted a logo that would capture the themes of her work - honest vulnerability, female-led narratives, and clear, contemporary portrayals - enabling her company to have a brand that is both professional and identifiable.
We created a wordmark using a feminine geometric font to evoke a strong modern/retro feel and paired that with an icon of overlapping discs of colour reminiscent of old cinematic filters - the timeless overlay style reflective of the transparency of Poppy's stories and the multifaceted, interweaving narratives of her subjects' lives
